IMPORTANT: Note on Product Imagery
To showcase our designs creatively, we utilize AI-generated imagery for many of our product photos.

What this means: While the models or backgrounds may be digitally created, the physical clothing you receive is real, authentic, and high-quality.

Returns: We cannot accept returns solely based on "visual difference from the model" if the product matches the physical description and measurements provided. Slight variations in color due to screen settings or AI styling are not considered defects.
1. READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS
These items are eligible for exchange or refund.

Timeframe: You must request an exchange or refund within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accommodated. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
Exchanges:

Shipping Costs: All reshipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Condition: Items must be returned in original condition—tags attached, unused, and free from stains, scents, or damage.

Timeline: Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, your replacement product will be dispatched within 8-10 days.
Returns & Refunds:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

Condition: We strictly require items to be unused with tags attached.

Please Note: We kindly request that you avoid returns without genuine reasons, as each order is packed and prepared with great care and effort by our team.
2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Policy: We do not offer returns or exchanges on Made-To-Order products. These pieces are cut and stitched specifically according to your customized measurements.

Exceptions (Defects/Errors): If there is a defect or a sizing error on our end, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution: Our team will review the concern. If the error is validated as our fault, we will arrange an exchange within 8-10 days and Hania Izzah will cover all reshipping charges.
